We design and manufacture Solar Structures, offering a wide range of products and services for photovoltaic (PV) solar structures. Our capabilities include roll forming of solar structure sections with thickness ranging from 1.25mm to 6.0mm.
We manufacture sections with post-forming operations including punching, slotting, and notching, as well as complete fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing of solar mounting structures as per customer requirements.
Cold Forming Process
Slated longitudinally to the customized width as per structural requirement.
Tools are designed precisely for each structural profile shape.
Strip of coil passes through series of rollers at room temperature to get the desired shape & length.
Punching is done as per the requirement and design specifications.
